Before You Ride Rental Requirements Please review before your reservation. REQUIREMENTS ~ Valid Government Issued Photo I.D. (18+). No copies or photos accepted. ~ 1 Credit Card matching the renter’s I.D. ~ Boater Safety Test completion OR Florida Boater Safety License (if born in 1988 or after), link below. ~ https://boattests101.com/united-states/florida/florida-rental?mcid=pjRvvAc2 ~ Must be at least 18 years old. ~ Arrive 10 minutes before reservation time (10800 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL, 33154). ~ Max 2 guests per Jet Car (combined weight max 420lb). ~ All participants must sign the Liability Waiver. RENTERER CANNOT PARTICIPATE IF THEY: ~ Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol ~ Are pregnant ~ Have medical conditions that may put anyone at risk ~ Cannot follow instructions YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE THE JETCAR WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD MATCHING YOUR VALID PHOTO I.D. — NO EXCEPTIONS! REFUBDS ~ No refunds for no-shows or cancellations. ~ Reschedule allowed with 24-hour notice (no refunds). ~ Weather conditions may allow refund or reschedule. ~ We reserve the right to charge for damages.
